Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders internationally from our warehouse in Sadar Bazaar, Delhi, India. Every order is carefully hand-packed by our team before dispatch.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or for large orders, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping (USA & Worldwide)
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
- We ship via reputable international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and India Post EMS
- Tracking information will be shared via email once your order is shipped
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. Packaging
Each item is individually wrapped in protective material and packed in a sturdy export-grade box. Fragile items receive additional cushioning to ensure safe transit.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at thehandicraftpeople@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
