Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Each item is inspected before dispatch. However, if something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at thehandicraftpeople@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at thehandicraftpeople@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
