Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships from our showroom in Delhi, India. Each piece is checked by hand, wrapped and boxed for international transit before it leaves.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide with FedEx International, fully tracked.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order.
- Within India, shipping is free.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs. These are paid by the recipient on arrival and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
